How much does Move & Nourish cost?

Exclusive membership is broken down into 4 different options:

1 month – £10

3 months – £27 ( = £9/month)

6 months – £52.50 ( = £8.75/month)

12 months – £99 ( = £8.25/month)

Each option is done on a rolling basis and will give you exclusive access to all parts of Move & Nourish, including all of the videos, blogs, vlogs & a fortnightly newsletter delivered to your inbox to keep you motivated and inspired.

Is there is a joining fee?

No and there never will be.

If I sign up, am I committed to a 12 month contract?

Absolutely not. No complicated deals, tie-ins or tricks. Choose one of the 4 options above and if you decide to stop after that period, just send us an email notifying us 14 days prior to the next payment being taken.

How long does it take to get started once I’ve joined?

It’s instant. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll have instant access to all of our content to enjoy whenever and wherever you are.

Can I only access Move & Nourish on my home computer?

No. Move & Nourish has been designed so that you can access all of the content, including videos, on your home computer, your tablet and on your smartphone. So whenever and wherever you are, we’ll be right there with you.

Do I have to access the videos for functional fitness, 3D yoga, nutrition and meditation?

You have the choice to access as much or as little of the content as you wish. We hope that people who join to enjoy the nutrition videos may be adventurous and look at the fitness and meditation content and vice versa. Be brave and have a good look around!

Is there a limit to how many videos I can watch?

Absolutely not. You can access any of the videos and content at any time. Watch as many videos as you like each & every day or watch your favourite videos again and again. It’s up to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All you need to do is go to your account page and click “cancel my subscription”, if you have any problems please email [email protected].

Please note that we do need 14 working days notice prior to your next monthly payment to ensure you are not charged for that month.
